On June 13th 2017, 9 Brethren visited London and attended the Quarterly Communication of Grand Lodge. They had not been there long before the Provincial Grand Master of South Wales joined them for a short while and give a briefing on the day ahead and also the building itself. Indeed, he even helped 1 absent minded member who had forgotten where he had placed his case from the Meeting of Mark Grand Lodge the previous day. It was eventually discovered in the Grand Officers robing room, which was somewhat presumptuous.
After the meeting, we all retired to a Restaurant in Convent Garden for a convivial meal. Also there were Brethren from Shropshire, and the PGM reappeared to share a glass of wine with us.
Altogether a most enjoyable day with grateful thanks to Graham Jackson for organising everything.

Visiting
The Brethren of the Lodge have enjoyed visits to other Lodges during the past years and hope the tradition will cement fraternal companionship throughout the area .
Lodges visited are Old Bromsgrovians, meeting in Bromsgrove; Powis Lodge meeting at Welshpool; Loyal Hay, meeting in Hay on Wye, Teme meeting just outside Knighton and our Daughter Lodge Ithon which meets at Llandrindod Wells.
In March 2016 a car load of Brethren ventured over the border and into Tewkesbury to visit the Ante Meridiem Lodge that meets at 110.00 am. The journey brought a whole new meaning to climate control during travel.
